He is survived by: his mother Theresa Swenson of Pipestone, Minnesota; and his siblings, Matthew Sandberg (Michelle) of Sioux Falls, Brianna Hoffman (Josh) of Fort Myers, Jason Donaldson of Sanford, Melanie Rye of Sioux Falls, Jeremiah Benson of Sioux Falls, Jeremy, Wayne and Dylan.
Memorials can be directly forwarded to family members and will be donated to Eric's group home in Pipestone, Minnesota and Ava's House in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
