It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolly A. Talbert of Luverne, Minnesota, who passed away on June 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis, Sr. Oaks and Alice Oaks (Menike); her husband Donald Talbert; and her siblings, Norma Jean LeRoy and Lewis Oaks, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Stewart (Jennifer) of Lake City, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Ariana and Hayden; and her siblings, Diane Lande of Wheaton, Minnesota and Robert Oaks of Palisade. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran Church or Sanford Luverne Hospice.
