It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dennis Willert of Luverne, Minnesota, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Willert and Viola Willert (Bebensee) of Verdi; his brother David Willert; and his grandsons, Delbert Willert and Cuyler Willert.
He is survived by: his son Dennis Jay (Trista) of Brookings, SD; his wife Darlene DeWeerd; his children, Kerry of Keller, TX, Kristie Wildung (Stan Fopma) of Grinnell, IA, Kevin (Laura) of Kilgore, NE and Klint (April) of Aurora, SD; his grandchildren, Natalie, Rachel, Cassie, Collin, Wesley, Kesmond, Kestlyn, Xzavier, Denley, Huxley, Ayden and Selwyn; his great grandchild Braxton; and his close friends, Shane Johnson and Bill Grenz.
Memorials will be donated to one of several local charitable organizations of the family's choice.
