He is survived by: his wife Arlene McCollum of Luverne; his children, Chris Smook (Lexy) of Hills, MN, Sarah Paul (Andy) of Eagan, MN, Kelli Swenson (Zach) of Sherman, SD and Kacee Knap (Joey) of Luverne, MN; his grandchildren, Charlee, Otto, Madi, Jason, Ford and Cole; and his siblings, Curtis Smook (Mary) of Magnolia, MN, Randy Smook (Vicky) of Kenneth, MN, Kevin Smook of Magnolia, MN and Jenalee Klein (Allen) of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
