She was predeceased by: her parents, Hjalmer Hanson and Arlene Hanson (Pangrac); her sister Jean Skoglund; her brother-in-law Ray Skoglund; and her grandparents, Della, Benny Hanson, John and Francis Pangrac.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Ripka of Rapid City, Stacy Carter (Larry) of Black Hawk, Lance Ripka (Destiny) of Luverne, Amanda Bernard (Ben) of Luverne and Kayla Ripka of Luverne; her siblings, Jerome Hanson of Aubrey, Greg Hanson (Toni) of Gordonville, Mark Hanson (Laurie) of Benson and Dale Hanson (Theresa) of Benson; her grandchildren, Timothy Shine (Amber), Cara Ripka, Cassidy Ripka (Eddie), Alexander Fish (Jadyn), Jayden Fish, Jason Fish, Kristin Carter, Sean Carter, Hayden Carter, Justyce Gartner (Noah), Braydon Ripka (Melody), Caleb Bernard, Alex Bernard, Jordyn Cleaveland (Drake), Riley Ripka, Albany Waterbury, Aria Bernard, Eli Ripka, Bentley Runge, Tucker Kurrasch and Christian Ripka; and her great grandchildren, Dominic Kuxhaus, Hunter Kuxhaus, Aoife Shine, Johnathan Ripka and Gartner.
