She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John and Harriet Klay; her aunt Linda Klay; and her cousins, Shane Klay and Shawn Uithoven.

She is survived by: her sister Annie Jo; her children, Mira Faye, Adayla Faye and Arekel Michael; her fiancé DaJuan Taylor of Luverne; her parents, Gregory Uithoven and Marilyn Uithoven of Magnolia; her siblings, Adam of Luverne, Linda Uithoven of Luverne, Nicholas Bork of Luverne, Aric of Luverne and Cassie Uithoven of Luverne; and her grandparents, Mike and Viola Uithoven. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her final gift was the selfless act of donation to continue research for advancing any type of treatment for this dreaded disease.
