She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Hoogeveen and Jennie Hoogeveen (Korthals); her son Steven Hup; her brother Donald Hoogeveen; and her brother-in-law Dick Hup.
She is survived by: her husband John Hup Jr.; her sons, Steve, Ken, Dave, Kenneth (Susan) of Luverne and David (Teresa) of Luverne; her grandchildren, Andrea Kovarna (Dusty), Lindsay Ruda (Steve), Mitch Hup (Sara), Breanne Haller (Jesse), Matthew Hup (Cori Nath), Daniel Hup (Maria), Michael Hup and Bethany Tilstra (Cory); her great grandchildren, Chase Hup, Eden Haller, Jude Haller, Elijah Haller, Isaac Hup, Emma Tilstra, Braylon Kovarna and Madison Kovarna; her brothers, Alvin Hoogeveen (Shirley) of Hills, Art Hoogeveen (Carol) and Raymond Hoogeveen (Joann); her daughter-in-law Debbie Hup Larson of Sioux Falls; and her sisters-in-law, Gert Hup of Hills and Inez Hoogeveen of Le Mars, Iowa..
