She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eckel and Bertha Eckel (Sivertson); her husband George Jr.; her son George "Nibs" III; and her brothers, Tom and Dick Eckel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Nelson-Harris (Daryl) of Auburn, CA, Cynthia Nelson of Vail, CO, Traci Nelson-Boyer (Thomas "Smokey") of Colorado Springs, CO and Terri (Joseph); and her grandsons, Joe, Luke, Alden and Nelson Harris.
