He was predeceased by : his parents, Erhart Farber and Bernice Farber (Pauls). He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Farber of Lowry; his children, Vanessa Phillips (Tony), Brian Henderson (Kristy Gerwig), Theresa Henderson (James Adrian) and Melissa Schlosser (Jeremy Arvidson); his grandchildren, Isaiah Schlosser, Calie Schlosser, Logan Arvidson and Jase Adrian; and his siblings, Paul Farber (Jan), Carl Farber, Mary Theis and June Rost (Steve).

Visitation was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (201 Maple St, Lowry, MN 56349). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
