She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henzlik and Gayle Henzlik Whipple (Russell); her children, Scott Albertson and Diane Albertson-Kirkpatrick; her siblings, Jacquin Hall and Tyler "Toby" Henzlik; and her brother-in-law Fred Kettenacker.
She is survived by: her husband Wesley; her brother Jay Dee Henzlik; her daughter-in-law Christi Albertson; her siblings-in-law, Ann Henzlik, Doreen Kettenacker and Albert Roehlke (Tammi); and her stepchildren, Deanna Marie Roehlke and Christopher Sean Roehlke. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
