He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Groth and Cathern Groth (Smith); his spouse Starlene Berg; his son Joshua; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Hunter and Rae; and his brother Leonard Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Tara of Iowa, Ted, Shawn of Lonsdale and Travis (Kelly) of Cave Creek, AZ; and his grandchildren, Ryder and Taylor.
