He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy L. Baldwin (Murphy); his grandsons, Nathan Earl Cory and Zackary Allan Baldwin; his sister Gayle Struska; his brother-in-law Herbert Murphy; and his parents, Lyman Baldwin and Rosella Baldwin (Dorr).
He is survived by: his children, Lance Baldwin (Kathye) of Lonsdale, Loralea Baldwin of Mankato and LeaAnn Cory (Kevin) of Waseca; his sister Marlys Baldwin of Wadena; and his brothers-in-law, David Murphy (Judy) of Missouri and Robert Murphy (Elaine) of Onalaska, WI. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
