He was predeceased by: his father Robert. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Jennifer Woratschka (Mike), Malissa Hall (Adam), Monica Skluzacek (Brian), Jessica Vosejpka and Jayne Ann Vosejpka; his grandchildren, Emma, John, Adah, Gunner, Lilly, Levi, Elijah and Ethan; his mother Helen; and his siblings, Dennis (Kathy), Charlene Sticha (Norman), Rod (Barb), Joan Larson (Tom) and Krissy Geer (Shannon).
