She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Victor Snelling and Margaret Palen Snelling; and her siblings, Edward, Douglas and Dorothy Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sevcik (Steve), Nancy Hanek, Carol Mieszczur (Mike) and Paul Hanek (Susanna Maye); her grandchildren, Amy, Scott, Sarah, Lee, Lauren and James; and her great grandchildren, Max, Zack, Summer, Sophie, Ramsey, Scarlett, Evelyn and Harmon. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested by the family are to: Dementia Society of America, Literacy Minnesota, or the Lonsdale Library.
