He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Cindy Segna, Jerry (Melinda), Troy (Barb) and Ernest Skluzacek (Sarah); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Sara, Samantha, Whitney, Dylan, Brandon, Chelsey and Jillian; and his brother Rudy Skluzacek (Arlene).
