He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Rah and Opal Rah (Gish); his former wife Ruth Ann Rah; his son Richard Rah; and his sister Judy Ruzicka.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rah; his daughters, Heather Sandland and Kristen Flowers (Ray); his grandchildren, Skyler Sandland (Karissa), Ezra Sandland, Noah Sandland, Austin Flowers (Kevin Davidson), Alexia Rah, Vayda Rah and Richard Rah Jr.; and his great grandchild Saylor Sandland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
