He is survived by: his father Leonard Malecha; his wife Abi Malecha (Stadler); his children, Ashley Francen (Steve), Serena Malecha (Jonathan) and Justin Malecha; and his siblings, Mark Malecha (Julie), Sandy McDonald, MaryLu Bastyr (Terry) and Sonia Malecha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
