It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blake Herman (Longville, Minnesota), who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his fathers, Blaire Pliscott and Kevin Pliscott; his sister Kaydence; his grandparents, Steve, Erin Herman, Gary, Sonja Pliscott and Debbie Herman; his great-grandparent Martina Herman; his aunts, Kacie Wottreng (Chad) and Courtney Franz (Jay); his uncle Drew Herman (Teresa); his godparents, Todd and Laura Wheeler; and also, Deven Wheeler and Alyssa Wheeler.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Salem Lutheran Church (1340 Co Rd 5, Longville, MN 56655).
