He is survived by: his wife Carol (Westerberg); his daughters, Beverly Leyk (Jeff) and Pamela Koska (Steve); his grandchildren, Taylor and Torri; his great grandchild Jameson; and his siblings, Dolly Wilson, Bill Koska (Peg), Ed Koska and Larry Koska (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
