He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Norgren and Beverly Norgren (Prevost); his wife Nadine Norgren; his sister Deanne Seifert; and his brother-in-law Mark Seifert.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Norgren-Caruth (Terre Martin) of Rice, MN; his granddaughter Samantha Caruth; his brother Mark Norgren (Cathy) of Little Falls, MN; and his nieces and nephews, Reed Seifert (Alyssa), Lauren Seifert and Oscar Norgren. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
