He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Och and Alvina Och (Hieserich); and his siblings, Betty Och, Allen and Ronald Och.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Urbanski; his children, Tony (Yoko) of Eden Prairie, Robert of Swanville, Jim of Long Prairie, Steve (Jenifer) of Warrens, WI, Jacqueline Wipper (Jeff) of Clear Lake and Christine Osberg (Dan) of Champlin; and his siblings, Edward Och (Joan) of St. Cloud and Kathy Whiteis (Tom) of Maple Grove. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
