He was predeceased by: his parents, Raphael A. Ritter and Valarie Ritter (Peschel); his brother Rodney; and his son Neil Ritter. He is survived by: his children, Raphael L. "Butch" Ritter of Plankinton, SD, John (Maddy) of Zimmerman, Jeffrey (Kimberly) of Long Prairie and Michelle Borchert of Swanville; his stepsons, Charlie Reigel (Deb) of Glenwood, Greg Reigel (Sue) of New Munich and Dave Reigel (Michelle) of Mound; his son-in-law Kenny Borchert of Eagle Bend; and his siblings, Roxanne Wessel (Gary) of Jordan and Richard (Jackie) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
