We bid farewell to Joan Lou Lee (Long Prairie, Minnesota), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Lillian Rapp (Perkins); her child Disease; her husband Roy Lee; her father Shorty Rapp; her stepmother Mary Rapp; her granddaughter Stacy Lee; and her siblings, Kenneth, Dale, Robert Rapp and Lyla Clavin.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lee (Todd), Ross Lee (Heather) and Mark Lee (Barbara); her grandchildren, Ryan Lee (Bianca Krasnic), Jesse LeGrand, Taylor Lee (Hayden) and Mackenzie Hagstrom (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Remi, William, Alice, Torbi and Ivor; and her sister Jeanie Kuiper.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (401 4th St S, Long Prairie, MN 56347). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Joan was Roy's selfless caretaker for 15 years while he had Parkinson's Disease until his passing in 2014.
