He is survived by: his wife Linda Proell; his children, Stephan (Carmen) of Sioux Falls, SD, Gregory (Lila) of Slayton, Alan of Jasper, Steven "Butch" Ness of Long Prairie, Brenda Sauer (Mike) of Tracy, Jennifer Zamecnik (Bob) of Alexandria, Anne Ouelette (Chad) of Fulda, Billie O'Brien of St. Cloud, Jamie Davis (Eldon) of Rice, Nancy Kuhlmann (Scott) of Long Prairie and Heather Thayer (Tim) of Long Prairie; and his sisters, Vivian Wehling of Sioux Falls and Dona Schnider (Eugene) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
