He was predeceased by: his parents, John Battalion and Alice Battalion (Kassenberger); his wife Susan Battalion (Sonsteng); his son Joey Battalion; and his siblings, Peter Battalion, Rose Shoberg, Kay Battalion and Arlean Anderson.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Gateway Assembly Church (1309 3rd Ave, International Falls, MN 56649). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
