He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Dahl and Florence Dahl; his sister Marlene Dahl; his brothers-in-law, Jim Reierson, Richard Theisen and Clarke Burley; his sons-in-law, Micheal Merritt and Kevin Sheldon; his granddaughter Rina Merritt; and his nephew Shane Swang.
He is survived by: his close friend John Rasmussen; his wife Linda Diane Kjemperud; his daughter Laura Cheney (Rusty) of Homer, AK; his grandchildren, Riley Merritt, Kristin Shover (Tom), Jenny Smith (Jed), Russ Merritt (Aurora) and John Sheldon (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Grace, Lucy, Donny, Aubrey, Weston, Josiah, Micheal and Beau; his daughter Leasa White (Jeff) of Northome; his grandchildren, Jonathan Blake (Anna) and Alayna Grotberg (Jesse); his great grandchild Lydia; his daughter LuAnn Henrickson (Doug) of Littlefork; his grandchildren, Jessica Lucca (Jared Karsnia), Rylan Henrickson (Breann), Liana Morin (Zach) and Kallie Henrickson; his great grandchildren, Jake, Hadley and Rylee; his sisters, Bernadine Reierson, Marla Theisen (Bill Anderson) and Marian Swang (Brad); his sister-in-law Caroline Burley; and also, Kevin, Kenyon, Kimber, Keaton and Shayla. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
