She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kahlhamer and Mary Kahlhamer (Leeb); her former husband Herbert Keppers; her husband William Nier, Sr. of Rita's Catholic Church; her daughters, Diane Dombovy (Bernard) and Linda Zins; her brothers, Jerome, LeRoy and Leander; her granddaughter Katrina Mitchell; her daughter-in-law Tiania Keppers; her stepdaughter Joan Larson; and her stepgrandson Larry Wilkenson.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Keppers, Barbara Souza (James), David Keppers (Shirley), Brenda Vanark (Bob), Robert Keppers (Cathy), Joseph Keppers (Kay) and Amelia Zehowski (Ron); her sister Lydia Thornton; her son-in-law Dan Zins; her sisters-in-law, Ann Kahlhamer and Elizabeth Logan; and her stepchildren, Evelyn and William Nier, Jr..
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Emblom Brenny Funeral Service-Little Falls (900 1st St SE, Little Falls, MN 56345). A Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rita's Catholic Church - Hillman (16691 Pine St, Hillman, MN 56338).
