He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cluka and Elaine Cluka (Moe); his brothers, Mike and Bill; his nephews, Levi and Joshua; his niece Becky; and his son-in-law Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Cluka (Przybilla); his daughters, Carrie Staniulis (Stephan) of Asheville, NC and Tara Cluka (Jason Nieman) of Little Falls; and his grandchildren, Sabine, Colette and Owen. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
