He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haselkamp and Ella Haselkamp (Knadle); his wife Mary Anne Haselkamp; and his children, Deb Hollis, Steven Empey, Mark Empey and Robert Empey.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Weber (Dan) of Baltic, SD; and his niece Elaine LeDoux of Little Falls, MN. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
