He is survived by: his wife Kathy Welters; his pet Isabella; his mother-in-law Rosina Welters; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Welters, Al Welters (Kim), Roger Welters (Connie), John Welters (Glenda) and Margaret Mettler (Randy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
