With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fairy Mae Okerman of Little Falls, Minnesota, born in Excelsior, Minnesota, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Felix and Evelyn Frances Blackowiak (Hudlow); her husband William Okerman; her son Scott Okerman; her brothers, Charles, Chester and George Blackowiak; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Dalen, Eugene Mohler, Sandy Blackowiak, Kathleen Blackowiak and Diana Blackowiak (Kenny Larson).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Okerman (Dee), Ricki Okerman (Julie) and Becki Okerman; her close friend Steve Backowski (Michelle); her grandchildren, Eric, Nathan, Christopher, Devin, Brandon, Travis Okerman, Darla Schneider, Darci Okerman and Danel Arndt; her siblings, Stan Blackowiak, James Blackowiak (Gerri), Billy Blackowiak, Evangeline Mohler and Sharon Dalen; and also, Brent and Jessica. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
