It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Ann Schwientek of Little Falls, Minnesota, born in Bowlus, Minnesota, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Sobiech and Bridget Sobiech (Solarz); her sister Leona; and her brothers-in-law, Louis Peka, James Petron and Marvin Schlichting.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Schwientek; her children, Tom, Dennis (Brenda), Ken (Sandy), Judy Prokott (Dan) and Jerry (Kristine); and her sisters, Lorraine Petron and Irene Schlichting.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Cathy's name to St. Stanislaus Church.
