He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward (Buzz) and Barbara (Bobbie). He is survived by: his children, Kim Lewis (Al), Greg (Tammy), Tammy Schabacker (Bob) and Susie Schutter; his grandchildren, Ashley, Nathan, Ryan, Kayla, Trey and Ava; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Zach, Eleanor and Emelia; his spouse Jean; and his siblings-in-law, Kate and Jerry Kellerman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
