He is survived by: his wife Debra Waage of Litchfield; his daughter Desiree Helstrom (Kraig) of Litchfield; his grandchildren, Elsa and Bodhe; and his sisters, Linda Wollin and Rita Michaelson (Gene) of Owatonna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
