He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Haggart; his sisters, Shirley Rick (Donald) of Litchfield, Bonnie Thompson of Litchfield and Marlene Wilder (Gary) of Litchfield; and his nieces and nephews, Roberta Maas, Burton Johnson, Paul Rick, Ryan Rick, Ruth Rick, Jody Robertson and Lisa Anderson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
