It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth J. Hansen of Litchfield, Minnesota, born in Big Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hansen and Leonore Hansen (Brouillard); his wife Helen Schmeling; his children, Jean Halvorson and Chris Hansen; and his siblings, Lyle Hansen, Bill Hansen, Donny Hansen and Elaine Menzel.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Hansen (Donna) of Clearwater, FL, Ann Lien (Mark) of Litchfield, MN, John Hansen (Lori) of Ham Lake, MN, Bob Hansen (Kathy) of Watkins, MN, Nancy Bachmeier (Dick) of East Bethel, MN and Rich Hansen (Linda) of Monticello, MN; and his sister Betty Stiff (Art) of Coon Rapids, MN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
