He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fenner and Margaret Fenner (Mueller); his brother Jim Fenner; his niece Dawn Fenner; his siblings-in-law, Jim, Borgy Gunter, Dale Wood, Steve Gunter, Dorothy Mohr and Brenda Gunter; and his niece Jenny Bergstrom.

He is survived by: his son Scott; his son-in-law Dan; his granddaughter Cassy; his wife Colleen; his children, Stacy Justison (Fenner) and Joe Fenner; his grandchildren, Scott Fenner and Cassandra Justison; his sister-in-law Bonnie Fenner; his nieces, Denise of Colorado and Darcy of Colorado; his sisters-in-law, Gerry Watt (Duane), Nita, McDonald, Lola Thompton (Ron) and Julie Bergstrom (John); and his close friends, Ricky, Pancho and Mandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Litchfield Fire Department and Litchfield Rescue Squad.
