Kathy Tipka Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathy Tipka of Litchfield, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Loch and Gertrude Loch (Looman); her husband Arthur Tipka; her daughter Lynn Bredeson; her siblings, Paul Loch Jr., Steven Loch and Rosalie Stearns; her niece Amy Clarke; and her nephew Kevin Herman.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Isaacson (Scott), Wendy Hamm (Brad), Dave Tipka (Lana) and Joe Tipka (Nicole); her son-in-law Mike Bredeson; her grandchildren, Kelly Beyer (Isaacson), Casey Isaacson, Andrew Hamm, Aaron Hamm, Alex Hamm, Blake Bredeson, Megan Bredeson, Hope Tipka, Alex Tipka, Sam Tipka, Hunter Tipka, Madison Jensen (Tipka) and Brenna Tipka; her sisters, Shirley Skalberg (Alan), Leanne Herman (Dale) and Patricia Fortman (Jim); and her sister-in-law Doris Tipka. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A prayer was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Johnson Hagglund Funeral Home (125 S Armstrong Ave, Litchfield, MN 55355). A Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of St. Philip (821 E 5th St, Litchfield, MN 55355).
