He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Bollin and Betty Bollin (Vannurden); his brothers, Jim Bollin, Steve Bollin and Bob Bollin; and his sister-in-law Janice Bollin.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Bollin (Dawn), Kirk Bollin (Lisa), Jerry Jr. Bollin (JoAnn), Penny Bollin (Tim), Shelly Ahmed (Muneer) and Stacy Castle (Steve); and his siblings, John Bollin (Marsha), June Simonson (George), Terry Bollin and Many. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
