He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Frable; his sons, Don Eischens (Sue), Jerry Jr. Eischens (Julie), Dave Eischens (Shelly) and Jim Eischens (Zayna); his grandchildren, Mat (Lori), Chris (Allison), Mackenze, Jake, Breanna, Sydne, Jace, Hailey and Kiara Eischens; his great grandchildren, Landon, Maya, Madisyn and Liam; and his siblings, Mary, Pat, Cathy, Carol and Mike.
