With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Lies of Litchfield, Minnesota, who passed away on October 16, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lies and Jenny Lies (Arnold); his daughter Julie Langness; his parents-in-law, Harold and Adeline Bauer; and his sister-in-law Joyce Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Janet (Bauer); his daughters, Jennifer, Janelle Carroll (Tim) of Mesa, AZ and Jen Buboltz (Matt) of Gibbon; his son-in-law Chris Langness of Lake Lillian; his son Jesse Johnson of Cosmos, MN.; his grandchildren, Heather Stueber (Tony), Josh Lies (Mary), Angela Warszynski (Jake), Ashley Nelson (Jordan Kaiser), Heather Langness (Cody Schauer), Braeden Lies (Tori Bagley), Brooklynn Lies, Hunter and Mattalynn Buboltz; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Aiden, Gavin Stueber, Mason Lies, Braleigh Nelson, Cameron Kaiser, Noah, Aubree, Paislee and Lincoln Schauer.
