She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Lukenbill and Zeltha Lukenbill (Cook); her husband John Michalko; her daughter Diane Carlson; and her son-in-law Andy Fernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Randal, Kathy Bertrand (Marc) of Steamboat Springs, CO, Randy Michalko (Mary) of Winter Haven, FL and Linda Fernandez of Clovis, CA; and her son-in-law Jack Carlson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
