Grace Kaping Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2025, at the age of 93, Grace Kaping of Litchfield, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Swanson and Mildred Swanson (Berlin); her husband Darrel Kaping; her siblings, Edwin, Donald, Raymond and Nels; and her daughter-in-law Nancy.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel Jr. (Diane), Gary (Amanda), Reed (Nancy), Ross (Joyce), Lee (Martina) and Sheila Pearson (Neil); her siblings, John Swanson (Jane), Miriam Rahn and Margaret Davis; and her sister-in-law Vicki Swanson (Fred Schneider). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (54986 145th St, Cosmos, MN 56228). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
