She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Lentz of Alexandria, MN; her grandchild Kali Lentz of Maplewood, MN; her siblings, Betty Jane Kahmeyer of Litchfield, MN, Julieann Dvorak (Richard Poore) of Litchfield, MN and Lennox Dvorak (Lori Ann) of Litchfield, MN; and her sister-in-law Marylin Dvorak of Litchfield, MN.
