He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Cowley and Alice Cowley (Nielsen); his siblings, Doug Cowley and Doreen Cowley; his nephew Nathan Cowley; and his sister-in-law Anine Picard.
He is survived by: his wife Else Morch; his sister Mary Alice Cowley; his nieces and nephews, Melanie Witthoft, Glen Bayer, Brian Bayer, Kevin Cowley, Ryan Cowley, Katie Cowley, Nathalie Picard, Nina Picard and Julian Picard; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ian, Erin, Drake, Griffin Thor and Ryatt; and his brother-in-law Jean Picard.
