She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Flynn and Doris Flynn (Kielty); her husband Stan; and her brothers, Donald, Joseph, John and Patrick "Jack" Flynn.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie, Colleen Kotila (Don), Greg Tacheny (Becky), Patrice Imai (Tsuneo), Lisa Andrews (Chris), Mark Tacheny (Darcy), Jaqueline Defries (Ernie), Tim Tacheny (Shannon) and Monique Berg (Mike); her grandchildren, Kristin (Jason), Michael (Sarah), Joseph, Travis (Carrie), Kelly, John, Airi (Dan), Ryo (Katie), Eri (Rob), Valerie (Craig), Jill (Doug), David (Cheyenne), Jessica (Tyler), Jillian (Nate), Justin (Maddie), Jacob (Halle), Nick (Alanya), Carissa, Riley, Matthew, Emma, Delia, Hunter, Tessa, Allen and Daniel (Skylar); and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Flynn, Valerie Flynn, Joanne Tacheny, Carole Mueller, Ann Tacheny, Darlene Vick, Joe Tacheny and Ray Mueller. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations in Dorothy's name can be made in lieu of flowers to The School of St. Philip.
