It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Putney (Litchfield, Minnesota), born in Hutchinson, Minnesota, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Putney and Mary Putney (McNellis); and his siblings, Dorothy Stafne, Norman Putney, Elaine Alsleben, Robert Putney, Wally Putney, Wayne Putney, Roger Putney, Jack Putney, Russ Putney and Lucy Smykalski.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Manning of Litchfield; his uncle Donnie; his daughters, Deborah Anderson (Ken) of Darwin, Dawn Putney (Tom Campbell) of Fort Collins, CO, Donna Putney (Mike Geise) of Powell, WY and Dayle Geurts (Randy) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Amanda Midtling, Andy Midtling, Tanner Greenring, Ava Ringerud, Jessica McGraw, Justin McGraw, Chelsie Stenzel, Frances and Maisy Geurts; his great grandchildren, Zach, Lucy, Maddie Midtling, Miles Greenring, Henry, Caroline McGraw, Kaylee and Camden Stenzel; his sister Faye Preive; and his sister-in-law Rose Putney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
