It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Duane Walberg of Litchfield, Minnesota, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Walberg; his wife JoAnn Walberg; his son Steven Walberg; his mother Ellen Mortenson (Holm); and his stepfather Kenneth Mortenson.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Walberg (Michelle) of Litchfield, Michael Walberg (Carol) of Big Lake, David Walberg (Janice) of Eau Claire and Dana Koelln (Martin) of Litchfield; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Taina; his grandchildren, Chastity Valvick, Chance Koelln, Cassandra Rogers, Clarissa Miller, Eric Walberg, Michael Nelson, Allison Beckvall, Stephanie "Bucky" Brown and Troy Schulte; his siblings, Joyce Berg of Blaine, Rick Walberg (Renee) of Annandale and Jerry Walberg (Joni) of Annandale; and his stepmother Nola Walberg of Annandale. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
