He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hendrickson and Eleanor Hendrickson (Carlson); and his sisters, Marie Carlson, Carole Palm and Jane Hendrickson.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan (Jillian) of Albertville and Chase (Kate); his wife Linda Slagter; his daughter Amy Johnson (Jon) of Shakopee; his grandchildren, Emilie, Hannah, Michael Hendrickson, Isaiah, Andrew, Owen, Ada Mae Johnson, Graham and Wyatt Hendrickson; his sister Donna Nordin of Fridley; and his brother-in-law Art Palm. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
