He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ackman and Leona Bass Ackman; his grandson Timothy Ackman; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Hollenbeck, Coral Ackman and Mary Hollenbeck.
He is survived by: his child Dale; his granddaughter Karen; his daughter Miriam; his grandson Casey; his wife Karen; his children, Randy, Bob (Peggy), Tina Wittke (Dave), Rebecca Arens and Alan; his grandchildren, Alyssa Swart, Seth Becker, Kaleb, Marissa Wittke, Nate Wachlin, Abby Ackman and Skylar Ackman; his siblings, Karen Adams (Doug), Keith and Donald (Jayne); his siblings-in-law, Ken, Ed (Ardie), Steve (Mara), Andy Hollenbeck (Sue) and Lani Hollenbeck; and also Rebecca Arens (Becca). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Guests are reminded masking is not required, but those wishing to wear masks are encouraged to do so.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts be given to Zion Lutheran Church, 504 N Gilman, Litchfield, MN, 55355.
